Cleaner water, without asking owners to work for it

Standing water is an ideal environment for bacteria and biofilm. Most pet owners know this, and most still end up scrubbing a bowl twice a day because the alternatives are noisy, fiddly or expensive.

Our mission is to remove that trade-off entirely. A fountain should keep water moving, filter it continuously, sterilize what the filter misses, and clean itself — so the healthy choice is also the effortless one.

That principle decides what we build and, just as often, what we refuse to ship.

What began as a single redesign turned into two years of iteration. Our team brought together product engineers, materials specialists and veterinary advisors, and we went through prototype after prototype on the parts that actually matter: the pump, the seal, the filter stack and the noise.

The ultrasonic cleaning module was the hardest piece. The technology is well established in medical and dental equipment, but adapting it to a plastic reservoir that has to survive daily handling, pet claws and repeated washing cycles took far longer than anyone expected.

When the S20 finally went into production, the specification we were proudest of wasn't on the box: it was that the filter change is the only maintenance task most owners ever perform.

What we check before anything ships

Every production batch passes through the same set of checks. They are unglamorous and repetitive, which is exactly why they get skipped elsewhere.
